A new rhythm of ranged combat has arrived in Unline. Meet the Gunslinger: a dual-wielding damage dealer built around ammunition choices, explosive area attacks and knowing exactly when to reload.
01 / THE PLAYSTYLE
Keep your distance. Keep the pressure.
The Gunslinger uses the Distance skill and wears Paladin equipment. Its weapon identity comes from a pistol in each hand: the two weapons take their own attack turns, with independent hits.
This is a ranged glass-cannon playstyle. You have personal healing, a short evasive step and tools to control a target, but positioning still matters. Use the room around you; standing still through every attack is not the plan.
BUILT FOR REAL HUNTS
Area damage is part of the core kit. Shrapnel, ricochets, fire, chained mines and overlapping volleys give you ways to fight packs from the early levels onward.
02 / THE MAGAZINE
Twelve rounds. One shared resource.
SHARED MAGAZINE12 / 12
Both pistols and offensive spells draw from the same magazine.
Each basic shot spends one round. Offensive spells spend one, two or three. Emptying the magazine triggers a reload; you can also reload early when the fight gives you space.
Times shown are base values. Wheel upgrades can modify supported spell effects and reload time.
Changing ammunition starts a standard reload, costs 120 mana and shares a 10-second switching cooldown. Choose your rounds for the fight ahead.
03 / FOUR AMMUNITION STANCES
Same pistols. A different kind of trouble.
The last round is special. Each ammunition stance gives an empty magazine its own finishing effect.

Ready to draw?
01
Equip both pistols.
Use Gunslinger weapons appropriate for your level, wear Paladin equipment and train Distance.
02
Start with Shrapnel.
At level 8, you already have area ammunition, Quick Burst, Reload and First Aid.
03
Build your own rhythm.
Learn when to spend rounds, when to use the finisher and when to make room for a reload. Unlock more ammunition and area patterns as you level.
MORE WAYS TO GROW
Wheel of Destiny, Gem Atelier and Weapon Proficiency are part of the Gunslinger's progression. Its weapons also support Item Makers and imbuements. Paladin potions are compatible, subject to their usual level requirements.
Collect. Evolve. Equip. Make every companion your own.
Pets now have a complete home in Companion: a growing collection, equipment, family techniques, spell training, elemental infusions and a Codex that rewards discovery. The Pet Bazaar lets you trade companions, while your Pet Upgrade Tokens now strengthen every pet on the same character.

01
A single home for your pets
The new Companion window brings pet stats, collection and appearances together. Move between Overview, Equipment, Techniques, Collection and Codex without juggling separate menus.
Overview: review health, skills, experience toward the next level and token protection.
Summon / Rest: manage your active companion from its own panel.
Appearances: browse and choose the pet looks you have unlocked.
Keep multiple pets and choose which one accompanies you. Each companion retains its own level, experience, skills, evolution, equipment and trained techniques. Switching pets does not erase that investment.
Inspect a pet in Collection before selecting it. Its portrait and stats update to match your choice, and its evolution remains part of that individual companion's progression.
Collection bonuses: eligible pets also contribute their configured passive bonus while owned, even when they are not the selected companion. These bonuses scale with the pet's level, up to that bonus's cap.
More freedom when hatching: eggs no longer use the old vocation-restricted selection. Each egg type still has its own pool and rarity rules.
Each pet can wear an Artifact, Core, Relic and Charm. These are physical pieces of equipment: inspect their bonuses, equip them on a companion, or unequip them back into your inventory.
ArtifactCoreRelicCharm
Different pieces can improve basic damage, spell damage, basic attack frequency, health, resistances, critical chance or critical damage. The Equipment tab brings the combined bonuses together so you can compare the build.
Gear belongs to the individual pet and is included when that pet is sealed for Bazaar trading. Review the contents before confirming a transfer.
The rework gives pet families distinct area techniques, with their own attack patterns and visual effects:
Knight
Explosion Strike
Paladin
Diamond Volley
Mage / Cinder
Avalanche Strike
Ninja
Light Speed Slash
Monk
Seismic Palm
Train the spells that matter to your build
Specialize up to two spells per pet, with three training ranks each. Every rank adds 10% casting frequency to that spell. The Techniques panel shows the resulting interval and the material needed for the next rank.
Training improves how often the spell is cast; it is not a flat 10% damage bonus. Your trained ranks stay with that companion.
Elemental infusions temporarily change the element of your pet's direct damage. Choose the infusion in Techniques, use the required material and check the remaining duration in the panel.
The Pet Codex tracks families and evolution lines in a permanent discovery record. Known forms are revealed; undiscovered ones remain silhouettes.
Research milestones grant a bonus to the experience earned by all of your character's pets, starting at +2% and reaching +20%. Finding the same form again does not add another discovery.

Pet XP only
Your discoveries stay with your character when a pet leaves your collection. This bonus does not increase your character's hunting experience.
The Bazaar now has a dedicated pet market. Inspect a companion's level, experience, skills, appearance, equipment and trained spells before making a decision.
Seal: select a resting pet in My Stable, review the contents and confirm Seal in capsule.
List: select the capsule, choose Gold or Donation Coins, set the price and duration, then review your offer.
Buy and claim: inspect the offer before purchase and collect your delivery through the Bazaar.
Redeem: open the capsule to add the companion to your collection.
Changed your mind about a listing? Cancel it in My Offers, claim the return in Deliveries, then redeem it from Capsules.
Pet Upgrade Tokens now belong to your character. Existing pets, future hatchlings and companions acquired through the Bazaar all use that character's shared upgrade counter.
Previous investment is preserved: upgrades invested across your pets are added together during migration.
125 effective upgrades: any amount above the effective cap remains recorded rather than being discarded.
Permanent ownership: changing, releasing or selling a pet does not take your shared upgrades away.
No token upgrades in a sale: capsules and Bazaar pets do not carry the seller's shared counter.
Per character: this does not combine upgrades across different characters on the account.
FOR EXAMPLE
If one pet had 40 upgrades and another had 30, your character now has 70 shared upgrades. Either pet can benefit, and so can your next companion.
For new token attempts, the level-based limit still applies: one upgrade per 10 character levels, up to 125. The 60% success chance is unchanged. Characters that were offline when the change went live migrate when they log in.
09
A smoother daily companion routine
Clearer progress: see experience toward the next level, equipment totals and trained casting intervals in their respective tabs.
Reliable switching: each pet retains its progression, and summon/rest checks still respect combat restrictions. Switching is not a free health reset.
Safer release: review the selected companion and confirmation before releasing it; remove its equipment first.
Clearer trading: inspect capsule contents before sealing or redeeming, and follow returned pets through Deliveries.

UNLINE CLASSIC / BOSS BATTLES
The Solo Boss System Rework.
One challenger, ten difficulties and independent Solo progression.
Official launch Friday, August 21st · 10:00 AM Pacific
Unline Classic was created with one goal: to learn from the decisions and the mistakes made throughout this version, and deliver a far more refined, competitive, balanced and rewarding experience.
What to expect
▸Slower progression. Every level, item, upgrade and achievement is meant to feel earned.
▸A far more competitive and balanced environment.
▸Ninjas fully rebalanced and adapted to current gameplay. The nightmare of everyone in PvP is no longer broken.
▸Major rebalancing across many monsters throughout the game.
Significantly reduced Pay-to-Win
Cosmetics with no gameplay bonuses.
A reworked roulette with no overpowered rewards.
Monthly events without purchasable Keys, Chests or similar, keeping event progression tied to actually playing.
Further changes aimed at reducing the impact of purchases on competitive progression.
The biggest change of all
New Built-In Bot System
Unline Classic introduces a server-controlled, tamper-resistant bot system, designed to prevent custom macros and external automation from creating unfair advantages.
Because the server drives it in real time, it opens the door to something no previous version could offer — bot-free content:
Tournaments
Every player competes manually.
PvP Events
Special activities with no automation.
No-CaveBot Zones
Hunting grounds that reward active play.
Content where mechanical skill, awareness and decision-making actually matter.
Unline Legacy is not going anywhere
Our current main server will now be known as Unline Legacy, and we want to be extremely clear about what happens to it: nothing.
✓No reset. ✓No wipe. ✓No character progress lost. ✓No items removed. ✓Nothing about your current progress changes.
And most importantly: Unline Legacy will keep receiving every major update, new system, content release and improvement we develop for Unline.
Unline Classic is not replacing Unline Legacy. It is an alternative experience for players who want slower, more competitive, less Pay-to-Win rules. Both worlds move forward together.
Our goal is not simply to open another world. We want a version of Unline where competition matters more, progression feels rewarding, PvP feels fairer, active gameplay is rewarded, and every achievement carries more value.
