Official customer support

For Unline Classic and Legacy, support@unline.org is the only official channel for customer support, complaints and customer-service communications with the administration.

What to include

• Your game world (Classic or Legacy), character name and account email.
• A clear description of the issue, when it happened and relevant screenshots.
• For payment issues: transaction ID, payment date, amount and currency.

Please keep replies in the same email thread so we can follow the full history. Never send your password, verification codes or full payment-card details.

Community and reseller channels

Discord, social media, in-game chat and private messages are community channels. They are not official channels for opening or resolving customer-support requests with the administration.

Reseller contacts may be used to arrange purchases. Administration support, complaints and account or payment issues must be directed to support@unline.org.

This policy takes effect on 8 October 2026 and does not reclassify earlier communications. It does not limit applicable consumer rights or your right to contact PayPal, your bank or another payment provider.
